W5 error code and cannot connect to Wi-Fi.

So randomly my nest thermostat stopped connecting to the Internet which in turn I cannot control my app anymore.

I have seen several forums on this and no answers just replies saying it’s been sent to upper management.

Does anyone have a solution?

Same issue here. Worked and connected without issue for months… until yesterday… restart didn’t work…

I’m having the same issue. Multiple restarts like google says and still nothing. Haven’t seen any other recommendations.

I was lucky and mine was covered by a warranty from the installer.  They replaced with a newer version and there have been zero issues.  They told me Google was a PITA to deal with.

I was ready to dump it Forman EcoBee but didn’t since it was covered.  Sorry I can’t be more help - good luck!

Having same issue on not reconnecting to WiFi after working for about two months.  How do I get a direct channel to Google Nest for help?
