I did not receive information about a return address for returning the broken thermostat that was replaced by customer support. I checked my email and none of them have a PDF attachment with return information as was mentioned in other posts on the same issue. Could you please send me the return information so that I can return the broken thermostat and get refunded the amount charged to my account? Thank you.
