When I try to adjust temperature manually with the ring, I get no response from thermostat. I have to adjust temperature with my phone app. How can I use the ring around the thermostat?
Sounds like the UI is frozen but the back end is still working, try a normal restart first, and if that does not work, a factory reset may be in order( but let's keep fingers crossed it just needs to be restarted )

Thanks for your suggestion. That seems to have solved the issue although I restarted it first manually and that didn't worked. Then I went into the settings and restarted it from there and it fixed the issue for now. Thanks for your help.
