Air not heating thermostat says heating but air is cool and temp doesn’t change

Air not heating. Shows it is trying but temp doesn’t change

I just had the same issue, I restarted the thermostat and it solved the issue

@Pootklopp, thanks for being ahead of troubleshooting. Most of the time, restarting our devices could really help us.

@Tammycall, we could try to restart your thermostat and see if it is still not heating. We could also check your thermostat modes and select heating.
