Alexa / Nest miscommunicatikn

Hi,

When I use Alexa to turn the temperature on my Nest thermostat up, the Nest device turns itself off. Any ideas please?

To isolate: are you having issues with other commands as well? Is your thermostat working independently on the Nest app or Google Home app and on the device itself? Also, please check out this article and let me know how it goes.
