App changed thermostats disappeared

My iPhone app changed last week. It's worked flawlessly for  years, and now all my thermostats disappeared. App looks different on phone. And the support phone number I had doesn't work any more.

Thanks for reaching out. Google Nest no longer has a direct phone number to call in, but you can visit our Contact Us page to get in touch with our phone support either through chat or call. I would also like to help you. Could you please ensure that the email you used to have on the app is the same email you currently have there? Also, try to reinstall your app and log in using your Nest credential.

So now I can't access any of the thermostats. Very poor.

Thanks Jenelyn, I removed the app and reinstalled it, using my original Nest user name and password and it all worked. I appreciate the help.
