Auto Eco Keeps turning on

Auto Eco keeps turning on 

In the Home App I have no Presence Sense button in the settings I have turned everything off that does anything to do with location. If I am not walking in from of the thermostat it stays in Auto Eco. I have read through these forums and there is nothing I haven't tried and not works. I have a splash screen asking me to turn on the home and away so I know that's off because I haven't turn it on. 

What do I need to do?

• Do you have a subscription for the Nest Renew?
• When Eco mode is activated, what color is the light on the leaf? Is it green or yellow?
