AutoGrids Flex Saver Program

Hello. I bought a nest thermostat through GWP Peak savings program run by Franklin Energy and when I bought it, I agreed to enroll in the GWP peak savings program.  
I installed a thermostat and signed up for a Google Home app. 
The Glendale Water & Power Peak Savings Program Team said I have to enroll in the AutoGrids Flex Saver Program. I tried to sign up but I got an error message; This home isn’t eligible. Your thermostat was provided by a different energy provider. 
I signed in with my google account. What should I do?
Please let me know. Thank you.

Sorry to hear you are having trouble getting the program set up properly. Since this program is through your energy provider, I would recommend reaching out to them. They would be able to review, and provide you with more details on the program and ensure you are signed up.
