we had geothermal and nest installed a year ago or so - everything worked fine last winter. I’m now having an issue where auxiliary heat is not turning on during the day, but does so at night, even though we are below 10 degrees outside during the day and the system gets as low as 63 degrees when system is set for 70. Ive turned off all green/learning settings, but I can’t seem to turn off the seasonal program - help?
