I purchased a Nest in October 2023, and it was professionally installed. In February it starting showing low power, CS sent me a new one. About 3 months later the sensor would go awol….. temp set to 72 but the air from vents was 75 ( I have an IR temp device). Did they discontinue the CS ( phone) ?. I’ve tried a lot of fixes on my own, standard psycotechnotherapy ( my word) shut breaker, wait 5 min, seems to work …..btw, I live in FL in a two bdrm condo, work from home so the bells and whistles are really not necessary. I purchased a non-programming thermostat ( and will lower it myself). Really really disappointed, if you’re not running an Airbnb— don’t bother
