I am awaiting a paired nest and heatink as it was agreed to be sent out. The new unit was sent out to the agreed address. Unfortunately someone put a wrong sticker in the DPd depot on top of my address and i had a call from the driver asking for my house.He relised he was at the wrong postcode as i confirmed mine. He said that i would receive it the next. I have tracked the parcel and its been returned to google. I have spoken to chat to escalate this and stated it has gone ti senior. Nobody has contacted me , surely i new one can be sent out, the heating has been down since june 16. Where can i complain as nobody contacts me or updates me on the situation thank you
