Base Failed - e74 continues to display

3rd Gen Nest base has failed. Does not recognize Rh wire after continuously working. Have a unit down stairs that had similar problem then bought completely new unit. Now upstairs has same issue, but faceplates both work. Will Google replace defunct base plates?
