I have $750 invested. The customer service guy said I needed a new one . He was correct. Installed a new one heat works again. I now have 3 heads. One I use and 2 in the closet. Where can I get a new one so I don’t have to buy another one ? Thank you !

Hi R74r,

What happened to the other two base plates? Are they not functioning?

Best,

Mel

Hey Mel,

That is correct. The first lasted about 6 years, The second less than 2 years. It’s not right I can’t buy a base plate , I now have two brand new heads in the box. That is crazy.

Hello folks,

I wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

I appreciate your assistance here, Mel.

I'm sorry if you have to go through this, Mark. We'd like you to have a better experience. Do you have a case number that we can pull out? This is to further check and see what's going on.

Mark

Hi R74r,

I'm sorry for the late reply and thanks for sharing the case number; it appears the issue was related to activating your heater. Unfortunately, you can no longer use your faulty thermostats, as they no longer work with your system.

Let us know if you have more questions.

Regards,

Mark
