On the app, NOT the thermostat, there's the screen that has the big circle with the temp in the middle. It is surrounded by a circle of little lines, which represent temperatures. Often when I look at that screen, there are two lines in bold. One will be darker and larger than the other one, but there are definitely two that are highlighted. I have asked this question on Google, every way I can think of, and I'm never led to an answer to this basic question. I see other people asking, too, and instead the answer is always about the thermostat itself.

The darker bolded line is the temperature you have set your Thermostat. The lighter bolded line is the current temperature inside your home. Hope this helps 🙂
