Best 4th gen won’t shut off fan

Hello, 

I have read and done everything in each thread here,

removing face and disconnecting green wire

reset nest

turn on and then off airwave

turn off all “leaf” settings 

 

And the 4th gen will not shut off my fan, but when I connect my learning thermostat no issues at all, fan is off and works as it should 

 

can you please help!!!

  • What type of furnace do you have?
  • Did heating ever work with the Nest Learning Thermostat 4th gen?
  • Did you select the correct fuel type? (single fuel or dual fuel)
  • Do you have a C wire connected?
  • Can you please send me a picture of the thermostat wiring?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.
