Best Gen 4 thermostat has no humidity helper feature

I replaced my gen 2 with a gen 4 thermostat because they said support was ending. Prior to the swap I could turn on/off my humidifier and adjust the level. The gen 4 has NO feature. I have looked at the help blogs and there is no available guidance. What gives? Any help would be appreciated.

also my variable speed furnace would ramp up/down as needed for heating/cooling. Now I have to monitor the fan running every week. Not what I signed up for. Very frustrated

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adjusting the humidifier level and the speed your furnace ramps up/down as needed for heating/cooling on your Nest Learning Thermostat (4th gen).   • When did you install the Nest Thermostat?
  • Have you done some troubleshooting steps before?
  • Can you please send me a picture of the thermostat wiring?
