So I have my best scheduled to turn the heat up by 7am. The passed 2 days it has been blowing out coldish-warm heat and never rises the temperature. I have been having to physically go into the basement and turn off and back on my heating system and then it will finally start blowing out hot air. I change my air filter once a month so I know that it’s not blowing out cold air because of that (I just changed it on the first). Also- my app CONSTANTLY doesn’t work. I have to reset my nest to get it to connect to the server. I have to do this like once a day. The whole point of having it is so I can control it from anywhere and set schedules, without the app it’s just a pretty thermostat.
