Blank display on nest thermostat /charging issue

Have series 3 Nest Learning that won’t hold charge, tries to restart after Google symbol but then reverts to bling red light with no display. Have filed warranty claim form 7/15/22 with coverage ‘til 7/22/23 but NO RESPONSE. What to do? Help!

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. A few questions: how long did you charge your Nest Learning Thermostat? Were you able to try to charge your thermostat directly to your power outlet? Also, please provide your case ID. It will help us to review your case.
