Blowing HOT - Thermostat will not engage RV

Installed thermostat last year worked fine. This year first time cool goes to run I only get HOT air. Through troubleshooting Im finding I am not getting 24v to the RV. I manually reset the nest and deleted it from my phone then setup both. Same thing only get hot air. If I give 24vac to the orange wire (Heat pump) it will engage the reversing valve and I get cold air. I have thermostat set as TYPE O.

Well I just got a brilliant idea, Swapped my 2 thermostat and issue followed the thermostat.

Most RVs are 12vdc and the Nest thermostats require a 24vac system. The whole system must be 24vac not just the power to the thermostat.

If you have a multimeter you can verify the voltage by measuring between the C and R wires. If you don't have a C wire you can measure between the G and R wires.

RV = reversing valve, no worries The thermostat was bad replaced it already and back working
