My nest 3rd generation won’t respond to temperature and boiler calls for heat permanently

Need to see pics of the Nest wiring and wiring at your boiler also to help you.

Thanks for replying. I’ve been scratching my head all day because I don’t think it’s a wiring problem as it’s been perfect for the last. Few years since Nest was installed.
I think it could be a stuck motorised valve. I’ll manually turn the mains supply on and off till I can investigate in daylight tomorrow. Thanks in the meantime.

My apologies I thought that I had replied but maybe I replied to my own post,😭 Yes it was the diverter valve. The micro switch wasn’t quite being triggered. Thanks again for trying to help. Maybe the result might help in future enquiries.🤗
