Boiler not starting with schedule

I have set up schedules on the App.

Hot water starts ok

Heating never starts and I have to activate manually.

What is going wrong?

Would you be able to take a screenshot of your heating schedule, so I can see what the expected behavior would be?

 

Also, has the thermostat been installed and working for some time before you noticed this behavior or is it a new installation?
