C wire error

My nest is saying I need a c wire.

I already put one on over the winter and it was working fine. Now when I approach the thermostat I get nothing.  with a c on it doesn't recognize it.

Do I need to do something different?

Do a reset to factory default and set it up again and make sure you select the correct wires when asked by the Google Home App.

Thanks for the response. I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat is still not recognizing your C wire. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
• Please check the power readings of your Nest Thermostat by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
