Can nest learning thermostat work for a dual zoned house with a zoned underfloor hearing system

Hi all,

I’m shortly going to be moving into a new build property where the heating system is a dual zone system, the down stairs zone is underfloor heating with multiple zones, where the upstairs zone is normal radiators with a single thermostat. 
The heating is done by a gas combi boiler. I’m in the UK too if that makes any difference.

So the whole of downstairs is underfloor heating and there are three zones to the underfloor heating I believe (kitchen, hall and living room). The upstairs is a separate zone of its own which is controlled by its own thermostat which controls radiators for all the upstairs rooms.
