Hi I used to have my thermostat added to my Nest app and it was working perfect but I changed my phone, I got the Nest app and all of a sudden I can’t manage my thermostat on my app, seems to be not added. . I tried to add it and I followed the steps but it says “ this thermostat is connected to an account already” and can not get the thermostat code to add it manually. My husband has the app and thermostat management works well on his :(. Please help me to set it in my phone app. Thanks much
