I absolutely cannot connect my Nest app on my android phone to my google home app. When I try to set up a new device and scan the QR code from the back of the Nest, I get this message:
ERROR!
Unable to start device pairing. Configuration not available.
What am I missing? This is so frustrating!

Having the same issues but with Apple iPhone. I can only connect one device but I have 2

Has anyone found a fix to this? I have 2 thermostats in 2 different homes but can only connect to the first home (before Google acquired nest)?
