This new learning nest thermostat won’t get past putting in the serial number. I’ve scanned it, entered it in multiple times and it won’t move past this point. I have two HVAC systems and the second one won’t sync. I created a second address like it’s a duplex and that didn’t help. It says device can’t be found. I’ve put my phone right next to the thermostat and it can’t make the connection. I’m ready to return it as o need to use my AC but can’t woru this thermostat not setting up. Help
