@hatchimomototos, I'm sorry to hear that you couldn't control your Nest thermostat in the app. To clarify, could you tell which Nest thermostat you have? Here's your reference. Make sure that you're signed in with the right email address associated with your thermostat. Also, you might have added your thermostat to a different home structure. Try checking it on the Google Home app and on the Nest app.
