I have 2 thermostats in my main home that I set up in the Google home app. They’ve been working fine since 2021 when I installed them.
i also had a rental property “A” in the nest app that I installed in 2018.
all was well there-2 separate apps, 2 separate locations.
got a new rental “B” and set up a new 4th gen with the same email as my main home in the Google home app.
total.chaos.ensues.
my wife is still able to see the home thermostats in her Google app with her email address, but I see no devices at all. When I go into the nest app, I’m able to see rental A and adjust temp, and I see rental B and home as locations, but no thermostats.

Hi! Thanks for the response! I’m signed in as myself, who should be the owner/manager. There is a 3rd email address, we’ll call it the business email, that was the only one set up in the nest app originally. It was separate apps, separate accounts…now it’s all mixed, it seems.

For curiosities, I signed into the Google home app as the business account and see no devices.
