Two related questions here. One, can the newest Nest Learning Thermostat control a humidifier with an actual humidity percentage? I've seen mixed answers. I think maybe the older units just displayed water drops, but have they now changed to real numbers?
Next question: Using the outdoor temperature reading from the Nest unit, can it automatically adjust my humidifier set point based on outdoor temperature? So for example as the outdoor temperature drops, can the Nest lower my target indoor humidity automatically so I don't get condensation inside?
