Cannot Reset Password-No email reply from NEST

I am unable to sign in on the app to adjust the thermostat remotely. I tried to reset the password, and I have never received the email from nest for resetting. I have tried many times. There is no chat feature on the website and I cannot get any support. Beyond frustrating.

Hey grizz51,

 

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. If you don't get the password reset email, follow the steps below and let us know how it goes.

 

  • Double check that you entered the email address that you used to sign up for your account.
  • Double check that you use a Nest Account, not a Google Account.
  • Check your spam email folder.
  • Try requesting the reset password email again.
