I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What Nest thermostat model do you have? Does the thermostat display show any messages? Has your thermostat ever connected to your network? Can your thermostat see other Wi-Fi network? Also, what country are you located in?
