Can anyone tell me how to unenroll in Rush Hour Rewards? I have contacted both Google and my electric company, but neither can solve my issue. A week ago Google Help did trouble shooting for 30 minutes and told me it would be resolved within 2 days. That's the 2nd time I contacted them. My electric company says I am not enrolled now. I tried uninstalling the unit, and reconnecting to wifi. It won't go away! I cannot control my unit from my apps. It asks if I want to leave the Rush Hour setting, but will NEVER let me.
My next step is to throw away the unit and go back to the manual unit that came with the house.
Any other ideas?

You cannot unenroll yourself unfortunately. I saw you've already made contact, however I'd recommend getting back in touch with Google Nest support, it's not something we can assist with in the community I'm afraid.

Thank you! I have tried several times. Other people have posted about this in the past, and I thought maybe someone had the magic sequence, or contact info. Oh well.
For now, when I want to change the temperature, I just enter a new "event" at that time and set a custom setting. My schedules are littered with custom temp settings that I have to delete regularly.
