Cold air blowing

I followed the directions to a T. My nest is set at 68-72° yet, I come home and it's blowing cold air and it's 57° in here. Help please!

Do you have pic of the old tstat wiring?

Usually Blue is C but they might have used it for OB, but without seeing the original wiring no way to tell.

Did you set it up as a Heat Pump with forced air heat?

If you are getting air cind when you want heat you have to change the OB wire setting it has A or B so change it to the other setting and see if heat comes on.

Then after it is working properly you have to set the Heat Pump Balance setting

Thank you!! Changing the o/b setting worked! (And I labeled the wires as they were in the old unit so they are in the correct place.)
