Hello. I just installed a new Nest e Learning thermostat and my system is compatible based on my previous thermostat and settings. I have a heat pump (I think since I do not have natural gas and HVAC is one system outside my home). When I turn on cooling, hot air comes out of the vents, cool on the heat setting. I found support instructions to change heat pump setting but I do not have o/b wires. I also do not have heat pump as an option for my equipment so I selected forced air (which is I think what I have). I have attached pics of my old Honeywell thermostat and the current set up. I checked and my thermostat is fully charged. Any ideas to get it to work?
Thank you for the help.

Problem solved. Since I have a heat pump, my HVAC friend said to move the white to o/b. My home is cooling now!!!
