Community system amazing simple? (or am I missing something?)

Good Morning All!

I am fitting a Nest Learning Thermostat to a community heated house for the first time and having read all of the installation material online worked out it appears to be amazingly simple but just wanted to double check as below:
The house in Portland (UK) has the existing Drayton Digistat 2 thermostat below:
existing Drayton Digistat + 2existing Drayton Digistat + 2
So I am planning to replace this with the Heat Link in the same place using the above wires to power the unit and then jump Live to Heat Link 2 and the black control LOAD will go to HeatLink 3.
I have tested and the Black wire is normally Open and Live when demand for Heating is on.
So from the installation booklet:
  • Brown Live above will go to HeatLink Terminal L
  • Grey (Blue) Neutral above will go to HeatLink Terminal N
  • I will use the brown wire above to jump L from L to HeatLink Terminal 2
  • The Black (LOAD) wire will then go to HeatLink Terminal 3

Do we think I am good to go??

Thanks!

Tom
