Hey Chris,

I would be more than happy to take a closer look and see if I can provide more details. Taking a look at the picture provided, I am showing you have both an O and B wire. Do you mind me asking if your system is a heat pump system?

I would recommend taking a closer look at this article, as it should provide you with more details on the wires you are seeing. As for installation, I would recommend having a Nest Pro come out and take a closer look at your system to ensure everything is installed correctly.
