Hello,
I've 2 heat pumps RAS-M07U2DVG-E connected to an external motor.
Both have 2 wire external panel to control the single machine, but there is 9 pin cable that can be connected to a IR receiver and control panel: the connector have 9 pin named TP1-9 and the connector itself is named CN25.
Is it possible to connect the nest to that cable?
I've asked to toshiba support for the wiring schema, but I'm still waiting for a reply
(I can't attach a foto, it report an error every time)

Thanks

Best regards,
Stefano

Hello @Zander

Welcome to our Nest Community. We're so happy so see you here with this compatibility questions. Don't worry Im here to help you.

Unfortunately, the 9-pin CN25 connector is likely designed for a specific IR receiver and control panel, tailored to the unique operating system and protocols of your heat pumps.

The Nest thermostat may not be directly compatible with the signals or communication protocols transmitted through this connector.

To determine if a compatible interface or adapter exists, we recommend consulting with a professional HVAC technician. They can assess your specific system and provide guidance on potential solutions, such as custom programming or additional hardware.

Please feel free to share any further questions or information. We're here to assist you in finding the best solution for your home comfort needs.

Best regards,
Douglas
