Hi Community,
I currently have a Bryant 127A model AC unit and thermostat that I'd like to replace with the Nest Learning product. I went through the install process and it said I was not compatible, given the below wire setup. Can someone walk me through the fix for this? Thank you!

Hey JerEst,
Thanks for reaching out.
Based on the description of your current thermostat, you have a proprietary system. This isn't compatible with Google Nest thermostats. However, some proprietary systems can be rewired by a pro installer to be compatible.

Hi Melba,
Thank you for the response, I really appreciate it. Although it was unfortunate news, I will look into what a professional installer costs.
Have a great day!

Hey JerEst,
I understand. Please do look for a professional installer to have everything assessed. This is for your HVAC system and your safety as well.
Have a good one too.

Hey there,
It's me again — have you had the chance to book an appointment with a technician already?
