Thanks for posting with your thermostat wiring diagram. I'd be happy to take a look into this for you.

Your thermostat wire set up might be compatible with the Nest thermostats. To ensure the compatibility, is the white wire from your thermostat connected to the W terminal? What's the make and model of your HVAC system? Also, which Nest thermostat you're going to install? Here's your reference.
