Thanks for reaching out here @Anis-Hamdoun . I would be happy to try and assist.

Could you first let me know if this is the first time it is being installed and setup or was it working for some time and then it disconnected. If the latter, how long has it been working as expected before you first noticed this behavior?

It was working correctly until i have made a factory rest when i change my House

Hi @Anis-Hamdoun! Could you please go on your thermostat to Settings > Technical Info > Power and let me know the power readings for battery, Vusb, Vin, Iin?

Many thanks, Larisa.

Batterie 3,767v

Vusb 5,10 v

Vin 0,00 v

Lin 200 mA (c)

Thank you very much

I see. In this situation the battery level is a bit low. Could you please take the display off the base and let it charge directly from a power socket via an micro-USB cable for 90 minutes and then try to connect it again?

Let me know how it goes.

Same thing but the value of vin : 0.00 v is normal ?

That's alright, considering the fact that the thermostat display is charged via USB. Did you manage to complete the step that my colleague sent to you?
