Constant H71 Error. Help!!

Hi folks,

I have the 3rd generation Nest Learning thermostat, I’ve had it since 2018 and it’s been working absolutely fine until this past weekend, the thermostat keeps losing its connection to the heat link giving me the H71 error and a solid orange light on the heat link telling me it's disconnected.

When this happens sometimes it'll reconnect after 30 or so minutes, other times it’s been disconnected for the entire night and when I check it in the morning, randomly it’s connected  again however within minutes it's back to being disconnected.

The thermostat itself hasn’t been moved, it’s in the exact same place it’s always been but I’ve even tried moving it closer to the heat link and I still can't get it to reconnect.

I’ve tried factory resets on both the heat link and the thermostat, I’ve re-paired them again and again, and again, gone through multiple different forums and possible solutions, but the issue still remains, I was 95% sure this was a hardware issue with either the heatlink or the thermostat which was what google support said when I phoned them this morning to see what their thoughts were. I've today bought a completely new heatlink and thermostat, installed and set them up and I've now got this issue on the new heatsink and thermostat, and I'm beginning to think it's not the thermostat or Heatlink after all.

I'm in a ground floor flat and the Thermostat and Heatlink are both on the same floor roughly 14 1/2 ft away from each other. The connectivity pattern has been completely unpredictable thus far and the longest it's been disconnected is about 3 days. Aside from my Network /WiFi (Ubiquiti UniFi) I can't think of anything else that could be causing interference. I have a couple of bluetooth speakers but these aren't on all the time. There's been no power cuts recently and no recent boiler maintenance.
