Control voltage high

Iam installing 3rd generation nest learning thermostat, I know it is a 24volt control, I have 30 volts at my 2 wire setup feeding the thermostat,  is that voltage still compatible?

Yes thats fine watch this video if you do not have a C wire connected you might need one if the milliamps is below 20.
