Hi Gabrielj,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I'm sorry for the delay — I'd like to help. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? In what country are you located?

When the Cool to Dry feature is on, the thermostat can use your conditioner or heat pump to help reduce excessive humidity in your home.

You can follow the guide below:

  1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
  2. Turn the ring to select the Settings or the gear icon.
  3. Look for Nest Sense.
  4. Go to the Cool to Dry option to enable it.

Let me know how it goes.

Best,

Jenelyn
