Nest learning thermostat does not seem to be cooling the house. System worked fine but since installing nest the air being blown out doesn’t seem cool and my system ran for 24 straight hours and the temp didn’t change at all it very little. Seems like maybe the fan is running but not cooling. We just had a brand new system installed both AC and furnace and compressor outside.

Hi JodyMarcin,

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Let me take a look at this for you.

A few questions: What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? When did cooling last work? Are the breakers turned on? Do you have a photo of your old thermostat? And do you see any message or code on your thermostat? Also, please collect power readings from Settings > Technical Info > Power (Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN).

I'll look forward to your response.

Best,

Zoe
