Customer Complaint - further escalation required

Looking to further escalate my complaint regarding an outstanding warranty issue (Nest Learning Thermostat) from July 16, 2024.  After numerous attempts in speaking with the Nest Customer Care Team, the matter remains unresolved.  Despite assurances that the matter would be corrected, I am dissatisfied in the mishandling of the return process. The Customer Care Team has failed to take accountability for the initial error.  With that said, I have asked for more information regarding the Customer Escalation process in which I simply get reverted back to the Help Centre to call. I have also completed the Product Feedback form however have yet to receive a response.  Any additional information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
