We moved into a house with a nest thermostat, stopped working after a few months, so they send us a replacement because it is under warranty. A year later. the replacement stopped working! But we are no longer qualify for a replacement because the original warranty had expired. That is 2 thermostats less than 2 years.

I personally is not spending $250 every year to buy a new thermostat that is going to quit on me.

Hello JennyChirnside,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience of having another defective Nest Thermostat that is no longer in warranty. I understand that this is frustrating, and I want to try everything to see what we can do to help.

I'd like to initiate an investigation to check out possible options for you. Can you provide me with your support ID number and share with us what issues you are experiencing with your thermostat?

I'll look forward to your response.

Regards,
Mark
