Well the response I had was that I purchased through Nest before it became part of Google and due to this I would NOT receive the discount offer on Tado, after 4 weeks of complaining they did give me a credit on the Google Store, but there is nothing that appeals to me there, so having to fork out on a new system that will work with scheduling as that’s why I purchased the Nest in the first place, as I am away a lot and want remote access. Very disappointed with Google as the Gen 2 worked 100% with no issues.
