Sorry I don’t know the specific model Nest Thermostat I have, but I quit having heat the exact same day that there was an update. It says that it has no power wire or something like that. And it doesn’t, but it is set up that way with another google product (dongle or something) that is installed within my furnace. Is anyone else noticing an issue with the nest being stuck on the error message about not having power? I have charged the Nest Thermostat off of the base, just in case that was the issue. Please comment if this is sounding familiar and you think you might be experiencing the same problem. Thank you 😊
