Disapoearing from the app

Not having any connectivity or wifi issues, my issue isn't listed. I have had my thermostat a couple years now, and about 3 months ago, it just disappeared off my nest app. I uninstalled it from the app and reinstalled it again just a week ago and now it has disappeared again. Having problems finding were to uninstall it again! When I try to add a product to put it back on there, it tells me it's already added. But yet is not showing for me, being able to use the app to program temperature or change from heat to cool. It's just not there. Why after over 2 years is this happening now?

• What model of thermostat are you using? For your reference, you can consult this article: How to tell which Nest thermostat you have.

• What's the software version of your thermostat?

• Can you verify the thermostat's battery level? To check this information, go to Settings > Technical Info > Power. Find the number labeled “Battery."
