Please for the love of everything, do your research. I bought the Nest thermostat thinking it would be a great upgrade for my home. IT IS NOT! I am now on my second replacement because the thermostat continues to have issues.
From an executive level, the executives do not care. I reached out to Anish Kattukaran via LinkedIn as an executive escalation and he did not even bother to respond. Please go support a company that actually cares about their product and their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!! At this point I rather get a full refund and NEVER utilize GOOGLE NEST AGAIN.

Hmmm. Only issue I've had is self created lol. They are electronic devices and inherently come with some (usually completely remedied by simple education). I bet there's an installation problem specifically at your install location. You think a CEO has time to deescalate someone like you?

I am pretty tech savy, and trust me I rather fix it myself and have a working unit then have to call support. Both times have been because the thermostats have issues due to manufacture. And yes, a CEO should stand by their product.
